Initial meeting: General discussion, who we are, the services we offer, discuss our procedure
on giving advice, what can be expected of us, and what we expect from
our clients.
First Meeting: Carry out a detailed
investigation into our client's circumstances & objectives: their past
history, knowledge of investment parameters, and conceptual appreciation
of what can be achieved within specific time frames. Agreement is reached
on a set of objectives consistent with a sensible provision for flexibility
to cover downside protection. Clients are then given their tasks to
complete for the next meeting.
Second Meeting: A quick review of the
first meeting, then a planned strategy is pieced together and recommendations
are put forward for the type of investment vehicles which best suit
the client's objectives, and meet flexibility requirements. Clients
are then asked to analyse the suggested investment vehicles and make
a critical list of questions for the next meeting.
Third Meeting: After a review of the
past meeting, questions are answered and any alterations to the plan
are made. Time, commitment and emergency variables are determined, and
then the investment strategy is agreed. |
